Somehow, I’ve never heard the Northwoods referred to as Michicanada. Nor actually have I ever seen a “Pulled Beef and Brie”, not in actuality, not on a menu — that seems more like a Yooper thing. While I just stumbled upon this blog, I’d be curious to know where you are referring to.
