  1. You can call me, 'Sir' Says:

It’s amazing how you can maintain the exact same expression regardless of hat flavor.

  2. Dave2 Says:

No cowboy hat? Where’s the love for TequilaCon Santa Fe 2009?!?

  3. shari Says:

The fedora is definitely made for you, no one wears it better. I prefer the one with the broad, black band.

What, wasn’t this a silent plea for roommate-style fashion advice?

  4. Ignominious Bob Says:

What, the Mexican store down the street was all out of sombreros?

And I’m with Shari, though no need for two fedoras – the black band is YOU.

  5. claire Says:

I like the 2nd best, as I suspect do you since it’s your new twitter avatar.

  6. jenny Says:

sir: as a professional hat model, i have to remember that it’s not about me. i am merely a vehicle for the fashion.

dave2: the santa fe cowboy hat shares the stage with no one.

shari: i’m a fan of fedoras in general. i’m also a fan of your advice, so keep it coming.

ignominious bob: a sombrero!! that’s exactly what my collection is missing – thanks!

claire: thanks! and yes, we’ll see how long it takes me to get antsy and switch avatars…

  7. Poppy Says:

I wish you would do a gallery of the photo booth shots, they are so artistic. They say things to me that art says to me.

I love the earflap hat the best. :D

  8. jenny Says:

poppy: thanks so much – that’s so nice of you to say! and as a lifelong midwesterner, i do have a soft spot for a hat with earflaps. :)

  9. MOM Says:

Oh, no. You’ve finally gone and joined the Soviet Army. Hasn’t that been a life long dream of yours? (The Ushanka looks really good on you, tho.)

  10. Jessica Says:

    You are so stinkin’ cute.

  11. jenny Says:

mom: i did, and i’m proud of it!

    jess: aw, thanks darlin!
